The Diplomatic Club in Oman was opened in December 2005. The Club was established for the members of the diplomatic corps in the Sultanate, Oman's Ministry of Foreign Affairs staff and a number of Omani senior government officials and dignitaries.
The Club aims to provide its members an opportunity to spend their leisure time in an atmosphere and envirnoment of calm and beauty. The Club encourages a culture of communication amongst different peoples provides a meeting place for carrying this message to all its members and visitors and is a venue for socializing and entertainment.
The Bird of Peace emblem symbolizes warm feelings of safety, hospitality, friendship and harmony for the Club's patrons who will find in it an outlet for their social and entertainment needs.
