His Majesty Sultan Qaboos has conferred the Sultan Qaboos Order for Culture, Arts and Literature (Second Class) on Dutch Musician Jan Philip Reo. The order was handed over by Abdulaziz bin Mohammed al Rowas, His Majesty the Sultan’s Adviser for Cultural Affairs, at the Al Bustan Palace Hotel here yesterday.
