HIS Majesty Sultan Qaboos has sent cables of condolences to President Michel Suleiman of Lebanon and President Girma Woldegiorgis of Ethiopia expressing sympathy for the victims of the Ethiopian plane which crashed over the Mediterranean Sea on Monday.  His Majesty extended his condolences to the families of the victims and the peoples of the two countries.
